But Leah Grayson turns out to be the polar opposite of what he was expecting: funny, charming, a lover of all things related to vintage shuttlecraft, and nursing a broken heart.
It can hardly be called running away when one is an adult, but Leah’s used to her family’s theatrics about her life decisions. Putting space between her and her family after her twin sister’s life-altering betrayal shouldn’t have encouraged her overbearing father to send a bounty hunter after her during her great bar hop across the universe, yet it has. At least the bounty hunter turns out to be hot.
Literally hot.
Because being in close quarters with her has Ren in heat, and he seems to think the human Leah just might be his mate.

Unfortunately, Avery doesn’t exactly remember Graal or their hot night together, nor is she convinced about the whole mates thing. The Jalkin man is sweet, ridiculously hot, tidy, and he can cook. If an unknown man is going to adore her, she’s lucked out.
But restoring an antique station sucks up all her time and energy, especially when her own supervisor is dangerously incompetent. It’s too bad fate didn’t reconsider the circumstances in which she and Graal’s paths would cross again. If she has any chance of making a go of it with Graal, she has to keep Zenith Station intact and its residents alive.
